At Florence and the Machine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Drop Off the Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
